We have several in the freezer for Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. I can’t wait to dig in…

Thanksgiving 🍁 Menu

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. The weather in Florida has finally cooled down. We can keep the windows and doors open so the fresh air flows through the house. Once we start cooking, the familiar smells waft through the air. There really is so much to be thankful for.

“Crowd Pleasing” Rice Pudding

I love recipes from years ago that use such simple ingredients. I love to follow the recipes and think about the women who were making it back then. So much has changed, but so little has changed.

Colonial Pumpkin Pie

Oh man. This colonial pumpkin pie was rich and delicious. You must put this on your menu for Thanksgiving Day. I did happen to whip up some homemade cinnamon whipped cream and spread it all over the top of the pie. That is a must as well!
