This spicy avocado 🥑 salsa is the perfect topping to fresh chicken or fish tacos 🌮, burritos or enchiladas. Yum! Once you try it, you might not be able to eat a taco without it!
Mita's Spicy Avocado Salsa
- 2-3 Avocados
- 4-5 pickled jalapenos
- 3 tablespoons of pickled jalapeno juice
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/2 of a Serrano pepper seeded (if you like spicy do a whole pepper, if you don’t like spicy omit the Serrano)
Blend all your ingredients together. **Add a little water if you need to thin it out.**
