Both of my sisters do a great job of balancing their full-time work with family life. Neither of them ever feed their family dinner by driving through a fast food window. It’s not an option. But how do they get a healthy meal on the table when there is only so much time in the day?

As a full time working mom and dance mom(lol), I don’t have a lot of time to cook. But I do love to cook good food when I have time and eat good food.
A Fresh Market opened up near my home a few years ago and they have something called a weekly meal deal. The meal is $20 for 4 people. It is all prepared and ready to cook. Last week it was stir fry. They give you options: steak, chicken or shrimp/white or brown rice/ and type of sauce. It also came with stir fry veggies all ready to saute and your choice of dumplings or spring rolls. It took me about 30 minutes to cook and get it on the table! My family always loves it! It is nice to have a home cooked meal instead of take out during the week. Every week there is a new meal deal and it is offered every day of that week.
FYI: I chose the steak and white rice with Korean stir fry sauce. It fed all of us with leftovers. Sometimes if we’re really hungry I will get 2 and then have extra leftovers for lunch or dinner the next day. Even for $40 it’s still worth it!!!
